Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract submission is open until May 5, 2019 (Sunday) to Email: iof-aiav@hotmail.com.

2. All abstracts must be submitted in English.

3. AUTHORS –The first (presenting) author is expected to provide an accurate email address for the first (presenting) author. Abstract submission results and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to the first author.

4. CO-AUTHOR(S) –Less than FIVE co-authors are allowed for each abstract. Please give the names in full for each co-author. Initials are only accepted for middle names if any.

5. The ABSTRACT TITLE must be concise. Avoid using abbreviations in the title.

6. Abstract content (excluding title, authors, highest degrees and institutions) should include PURPOSE, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. Do not include graphs, tables, images or references.

7. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours after submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email at iof-aiav@hotmail.com. The abstract can still be revised until May 5，2019.

8. Late submissions will NOT be considered.

Checklist

Before submission, please check:

1. If the abstract has a concise, descriptive title;

2. If the abstract states clearly the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the study;

3. If the abstract is within the word limit;
